Stopover: Lake Garda

Really rushing through this colorful region, with literally no time to stop and look around, we did pull over on a little terrace between two tunnels and walked several steps up a narrow road where two or three bypassers wished us “bon apetit” as we mowed down some olives, tomatoes, ham and bread from a stop at some food market half an hour ago.

Driving these narrow but tall tunnels crowded not only with cars but also with cyclists is not for the weak at heart.

Here I find out that the rental car has uphill start assist. Nice!
